Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days after your order is placed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Time

After your order has been shipped, delivery time may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and product availability.

Estimated delivery time is usually:

• United States: 2–8 business days after shipment

• International: Delivery times may vary

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing time is the time required to prepare and ship your order.

Shipping Rates

We may offer free shipping for all products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, if tracking is available for your order.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the tracking number has been issued.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. BeautiTrend is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@beautitrend.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, war, high order volume, or holiday periods.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@beautitrend.com with your order number. We will review the issue and assist you as best as possible.
