Return and Refund Policy

At BeautiTrend, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund terms carefully before submitting a return request.

7-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn.

• Be in the same condition in which it was received.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include a receipt or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at support@beautitrend.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions explaining where and how to send the item.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of that label may be deducted from your final refund.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

20% Restocking Fee

All approved standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you and helps cover inspection, processing, handling, and restocking costs.

Any applicable return shipping charges and non-refundable original shipping charges may also be deducted from the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

• Damaged upon arrival;

• Defective; or

• Different from the item you ordered,

please contact us promptly at support@beautitrend.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.

Approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled separately from standard change-of-mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Final sale items.

• Sale or clearance items.

• Gift cards.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Special-order products.

• Perishable goods, including food, flowers, and plants.

• Personal care and beauty products where return is inappropriate for hygiene reasons.

• Hazardous materials.

• Flammable liquids or gases.

• Any other products specifically identified as non-returnable on their product page.

Please contact us at support@beautitrend.com before purchasing if you are unsure whether a particular product is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, color, or variation, please request a return for the original item if it is eligible.

Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable:

• 20% restocking fee;

• Return shipping charges; and

• Non-refundable original shipping charges.

Please note that your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@beautitrend.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping. If the order has already shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
